For young people aged 10–17

How iwa works

Every module takes about 10–15 minutes, on a phone, tablet or computer. Children work at their own pace, in private — no cameras, no microphones, no public feeds and no scores.

The character loop

Each module follows the same loop, so growth becomes a habit:

  1. 1

    Learn

A short, interactive story puts the child in a real situation — the same kind of choice they face in daily life.

  2. 2

    Practise

The child makes decisions inside the story and sees where each path leads, in a safe space with no real-world stakes.

  3. 3

    Reflect

Thoughtful questions ask the child what they would do, how they felt, and what they learned — in their own words.

  4. 4

    Observe

Parents and teachers can observe progress and read reflections the child chooses to share, or ones that need adult support.

  5. 5

    Reinforce

Conversation starters and prompts help adults carry the lesson into everyday life — encouragement, not pressure.

How IWA works

Designed for young people aged 10–17, delivered online at their own pace.

  1. 1

    Self-paced & private

Short interactive stories and real-life scenarios, about 10–15 minutes each. No cameras, microphones or public feeds.

  2. 2

    Reflect in their own words

Young people answer thoughtful questions. A safety check looks out for them — there are never scores or judgements of character.

  3. 3

    Parents stay in the loop

See which modules are available to your child and which they have completed. Read the reflections they choose to share with you, as well as those shared following a safety check when adult support is needed.

  4. 4

    Growth continues at home

Conversation starters help you carry each lesson into everyday family life — encouragement, not pressure.
