How we keep your child safe

  1. 1

    Private

Your child's reflections aren't automatically shown to anyone. They choose what to share.

  2. 2

    Protected

An automated check looks only for serious safety concerns — without knowing who your child is.

  3. 3

    Human

If a serious safety concern is detected, designated safeguarding staff review it. An authorised adult always decides, never a machine.

How iwa works

Designed for young people aged 10–17, delivered online at their own pace.

  1. 1

    Self-paced & private

Short interactive stories and real-life scenarios, about 5–7 minutes each (around 5 minutes for ages 10–12, 6 for 13–15 and 7 for 16–17). Teacher-led class discussions can run longer. No cameras, microphones or public feeds.

  2. 2

    Reflect in their own words

Young people answer thoughtful questions. A safety check looks out for them — there are never scores or judgements of character.

  3. 3

    Parents stay in the loop

See which modules are available to your child and which they have completed. Read the reflections they choose to share with you, as well as those shared following a safety check when adult support is needed.

  4. 4

    Growth continues at home

Conversation starters help you carry each lesson into everyday family life — encouragement, not pressure.
